I had a great experience at B & H Pharmacy when I was visiting Carol Stream, Illinois from out of state and realized I left one of my regular medications at home. I searched online and found B & H Pharmacy and decided to give them a chance. They were very fast and friendly in their service. They handled my insurance smoothly and transferred my prescription from out of state in no time. They also filled it in less than 15 minutes, which was amazing! The pharmacist, Binh, was very helpful and polite, and he did more than I expected to help me. B & H Pharmacy is a community-oriented and small business pharmacy that values their customers. They are the best pharmacy in Carol Stream, Illinois!
Binh is an amazing pharmacist and is so friendly and personable. He welcomes you with a smile every time and always remembers my name. This is absolutely the best pharmacy around!

Bihn is without question, the only pharmacist I use. I live a half hour away but it’s worth the drive. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I consider him family to me as he behaves as such. There is also a great staff he has in the office. The access to this type of service is not possible anywhere in the area.
I've called many many maaaaany pharmacies in the Chicagoland area and have experienced a quality control issue regarding a particular situation I have. The pharmacist who answered the phone was the first person I've encountered that acknowledged my concern and didn't make me feel like I was speaking at a brick wall. Not only did they already understand what I was talking about, they had a solution. I am very impressed and hopeful that after literally years of just poorly dealing with my condition I will have a fighting chance again.

Professional, friendly and educational service. Switching over to B&H Pharmacy, a local small business, has been the best choice to fulfill my family’s medicine needs. I would leave a 6 stars review if possible. Couldn’t recommend this business more. Don’t go here if you love: waiting in long lines, weak service (at best), or being told your medication is unavailable when you get there. All standard features of your local CVS or Walgreens.
